We begin by understanding how your family lives, what matters most to you, your property, your priorities and the overall vision for your home. From there, we help develop or refine the plans needed to turn that vision into a home that can be thoughtfully estimated and built.

Make the important decisions early.
Selections have a major impact on both the design and investment of a custom home. Our process helps guide customers through important interior and exterior selections before construction is underway. Making these decisions early creates greater pricing clarity and reduces the pressure of making major design decisions while the home is already being built.
ESTIMATE
Turn the design into real numbers.
Once the plans and key selections are developed, we build a detailed estimate around the actual home. We review the scope, perform detailed takeoffs, gather current pricing and organize the project into a clear construction budget so customers can better understand where their investment is going.
REVIEW & ALIGN
Know what you’re building before we build it.
Before moving into construction, we review the design, selections and estimate together. This is the opportunity to ask questions, evaluate priorities and make adjustments so the home, scope and investment are aligned before construction begins.

Clarity doesn’t stop when construction begins.
Once construction begins, our focus shifts from planning the home to executing the plan—while continuing the communication and transparency established during pre-construction. Customers stay connected to their project through regular communication, financial visibility, milestone reviews and confirmation of important decisions throughout the build.

As construction comes to completion, we walk the home with our customers, address final punch-list items and prepare the home for move-in. After move-in, we remain available to help address warranty items and questions as the family settles into their new home.
