Restored & Reimagined

After Hurricane Helene caused devastating damage to this Thomson home, Arrowhead became much more than a construction project—it became a restoration. Fallen trees destroyed the pool and three-car garage and damaged the home’s roof, requiring extensive demolition and reconstruction.

As we rebuilt, the family saw an opportunity not simply to replace what had been lost, but to make the home even better. The project grew to include a new metal roof, rebuilt garage and pool, new driveway, expanded deck, new windows, energy-efficiency improvements, and a new half bath within the garage.

The result is a property that feels renewed while still feeling like home—restoring what the storm took and creating spaces that will serve this family for years to come.
