Karla Ct began with a simple idea: create a home where family and friends would always have a place to gather. Rather than adapting an existing floor plan, this home was custom designed around the way the family wanted to live, resulting in more than 4,000 square feet of distinctive spaces made for everyday life and entertaining.

At the center of the home is a dramatic two-story living space with a suspended catwalk, wood-burning fireplace, cable-railing staircase, and reclaimed-wood details. An oversized kitchen island anchors the kitchen, while a pass-through window connects it directly to the screened porch and built-in outdoor eating area.

Outside, expansive porches, a custom pool, and recreation spaces extend the home well beyond its walls—creating a place designed for everything from quiet family evenings to summer gatherings and late-night games.
